Autonomous vehicles have to be able to ‘see’ their environment in order to differentiate between objects, pedestrians and other vehicles. But at the same time Traffic Management systems have to be able to detect real time what is going on on the roads. Photonics is a catalyst technology for the Smart Mobility of the Future. The Automotive Campus, Experience Week Connected Transport and the Traffic Innovation Centre have organised a tour.

3 October, Workshop Agro-Tech & Photonics

glastuinbouw

Photonics is becoming a major player in farming. The Southern Agriculture and Horticulture Organization (ZLTO) will organise a session. Nederlandstalig / Dutch spoken. At Food Tech Brainport in Helmond, we help SMEs and larger SMEs to turn technology into money: technology used in the processing of plant waste, the extension of shelf life, and the separation of raw materials and/or waste streams. By doing so, we bring the best in food and technology (from the High Tech and Chemical industries, for instance) together.
